Nigerian Revenue Cycle Management
After the commencement of the Namibian operations in 2001, Rural secured one of the Revenue Cycle Management Contracts (RCM) in Nigeria, where it was appointed Revenue Manager to the city of Ibadan and placed in charge of around 450 staff members seconded by NEPA. The brief was to increase revenue streams from the 275,000 legal and +-600,000 illegal customers.
